I FOUND GOOD ARTICLE :D
the article is about
The 7 Most Overrated Businesses
by Kelly K. Spors and Kevin Salwen
Nice... i get my focus to know about plus minus be independent consultant :D
here it is...
"...5. Independent Consulting. Common advice for aspiring entrepreneurs is to stick with industries they know. So, for many looking to escape the corporate treadmill that means turning their professional expertise into a one-person consulting firm.
It seems practical – more companies are indeed relying on independent contractors and freelancers these days – but it's not as easy to pull off as many imagine, says Dennis Ceru, an entrepreneurship professor at Babson College in Babson Park, Mass. Many consultants struggle with time management problems, spending so much time scouting work that it's very difficult to earn steady income. "The difficulty many face is they go through peaks and valleys of having work," says Prof. Ceru. "When the engagement ends, they are frantically looking for work," which may take weeks or months.
A possible solution: "A successful consulting firm needs people to find the work, grind out the work and mind the work. Unless you know you can do all three yourself, you potentially expose your business to great risk."..."
....well.... *thinking :P

i am just fresh graduated student who just dont know what to do...until they accept me to join as junior architect...
hmm... even it's very far from my imagination before... i try to stand up for life :)... so that, i always try to find what is the best in my life...
God shows me the way...
step by step...
he gives me some alternatif ways to reach my dreams by facing me with quiet unhappy situation in job :D...

How to Freelance With a Full-Time Job
By eHow Contributing WriterInstructions :
- Step 1
Create a schedule. Managing two jobs can often get tricky if you don't know how to manipulate your time correctly. Write down a detailed schedule or outline on when exactly you have time to work on freelancing and block out those times in order to devote yourself solely to your writing.
- Step 2
Prepare yourself mentally that this will be a lot of work. Not only do you have a full-time job, you will also have a job to come to at home. Stay calm and don't get stressed out, or it will be easy to give up.
- Step 3
Choose projects that you can handle. If you know of a project that will keep you up all night furiously trying to finish, that project might not be right for you because it'll affect your full-time job. Know your limits.
- Step 4
Try freelancing in an area different than your home. If you find yourself not motivated to work while at home, pack up your stuff and head to the nearest library or coffee shop. Being in a different environment may help give you the motivation you need.
- Step 5
Inform friends and family about your decision to freelance on the side so that they aren't constantly calling and bugging you. You need to have your alone time in order to work, and they need to understand that in order for you to succeed.

I CALL IT LOVE
(You Can't Help It You're Feeling Butterflies)
Its obvious,
We have Chemistry
Girl I wanted so long to know
Now Your telling me you gotta let it go
(Don't Tell Me I have to start all over again)
I Never thought that this day would come
(This is something that i've wanted in my life)
I realize that you're the one
(and you're telling me its time to say goodbye)
To Put this out of my heart It ain't gonna change
So it shouldn't be so easy to walk away
(You feel it I feel it lets not be tense)
(Chorus)
Baby, I Don't Know What Love Is
Maybe I'm A Fool
I Just Know What I'm Feeling
And It's All Because Of You
Don't Tell Me
I Don't Know
I Want The Truth
Cuz They Call It
We Call It
You Call It
It's so clear for you to see
(don't let anybody tell you what to do)
Why they can't they just let us be happy
(i don't want to find somebody new)
If you know whats real in your heart
Then don't let them tear us apart
(Cuz you feel it I feel it Lets think this through)
(Break)
We Have a bond that's unbreakable
And its not time to let it go
And now that we know its real
We are going to let it show
To the whole world
That I'm yours forever
And you're my girl
(Chorus)
Baby, I Don't Know What Love Is
Maybe I'm A Fool
I Just Know What I'm Feeling
And It's All Because Of You
Don't Tell Me
I Don't Know
I Want The Truth
Cuz They Call It
We Call It
You Call It
I Call It Love
(Repeat 2)
Love
They Call It Love
I Call it
singing by Lionel Richie

Being Little Bit Satisfied by Grass Carpet at the Bathroom
i've been having a bathroom project, since january until now...ohhh what a longggg long time... because the man (tukang) not only working for the bathroom but also the another room...and a lot of other trouble and wishes came up to this project...but thanks GOD, i get a lot of experience from here, before being an architect..ihihiyy...hak hak hak...(crazy laugh)...
the point is i am little bit satisfied by grass carpet at the bath room...(this only little part of project, but i will tell you more if this project is already finished)
inside the bathroom, i designed spot for wudhu, and as usually i see at the mall usually, the floor using the carpet rubber to anticipate the slip... but, i and my client didn't find the matching color with the bathroom which is dominated with soft green, ivory, and white...so, we decided to use grass carpet...the problem is... there is no hole at the grass so we must make it by ourself...
and hmm.... not so bad..hihihi...cute^^

Cooking Tips from The Chef Girls
from that book, there is cooking tips from the chef girls,,,yipiyyy...
maybe it can help us when we want to cook at kitchen... preparing to be a housewife..ahhahaha
and here there are,
1. tie back long hair so that it won't get into the food or in the way as you work
2. don't wear loose- fitting clothing that could drag in the food or the stove burners
3. never cook in bare feet or open- toed shoes. Something sharp or hot could drop on your feet
4. always wash your hands with soap before you handle food
5. read through the recipe before you start. Gather your ingredients together and measure them before you begin
6. turn pot handles so that they won't get knock off the stove
7. use wooden spoons to stir hot liquids. Metal spoons can become very hot
8. when cutting or peeling food, cut away from your hands
9. cut food on the cutting board, not the countertop
10. hand someone a knife with the knifepoint pointing to the floor
11. clean up as you go. It's safer and neater
12. always use a dry pot holder to remove something hot from the oven. You could get burned with a wet one, since wet ones retain heat
13. make sure that any spilts on the floor are cleaned up right away, so that you don't slip and fall
14. don't put knives in clean-up water. You could reach into the water and cut yourself
15. use wire rack to cool hot baking dishes to avoid scorch marks on the countertop
soooo...ladies..simple,right!!! so let's start to cook!!^^
